18 years old and was using my car to commute from work. Caught a flat and had to be towed to impound. Went next day to get impound release. When towed the officer was kind, I had my wallet stolen recently. However I had a picture of my drivers liscense. The officer said they would take it. The sergeant infront of the department of transportation was extremely rude and disrespectful and not at all caring to my situation.
