This is my second time calling on Casey and the team at Forever Wireless when I was having an iPhone emergency. The first time, they showed up ridiculously quickly and repaired my broken screen, onsite, in under an hour. This week, they picked up my iPhone 11 with a broken charging port and had it back in my hands in under 2 hours, new charging port installed and working perfectly. Beware!!! I have had a bad experience at this store where my SD card was not returned after getting assistance to transfer my old sd card to my new phone. After requesting my other sd card back the clerk gave misleading information to later find out that I didn't have my other sd card.

Best phone repair i have ever got. I sent them my phone which was bought in China with an inner screen i bought online. Although they hadn't repaired such phone before, they still somehow manage to fix it. Real professional, great work.

I left a review 4 years ago after Casey and his team at Forever Wireless did an amazing job fixing my 2012 MacBook Pro. Fast forward to now and the same MacBook Pro started having issues with the trackpad, to the point where it wasn’t even functional. Casey reviewed all the different potential service options with me and what the associated costs would be.
