Balsam Hills marketing is the most misleading I have ever experienced. Buyer beware !!! Do your research. Read the reviews beyond their own website. Our experience with both their trees and their customer service were as bad as it gets. It is rare that I would write a bad review but I just had to share. Come to the outlet if you want to save tons of money on ornaments. I highly do not recommend buying a used tree from here as you don't know the condition of all the components that light up the tree. As long as you know you're getting them new, then it should be completely fine. The cosmer service is absolutely outstanding and the place shouldn't be docked due to the products alone. There is plenty of parking over here. We came here to get ordinance and storage units.

Beautiful trees, absolute junk!! Lights burned out after 1 season. All the commercials, affiliation with Hallmark, $400+ for the tree that was on a "SUPER SALE"!! Just go to WalMart and you get the same or better "made in China" quality.

I ordered a Frazier fir wreath in November. Haven't heard from, & can't get a response from the company. Just hope I can get a refund from my credit card company! Won't do this again! BOO!

Tried to warn people about an item by leaving a review on their website. They didn't like the negative review. It had no swear words, just an honest review. I called them out on deleting my review and they just blew me off. so don't fall for all the 5 star reviews, and if you haven't already found out, they have the worst customer service you can imagine.
