Lisa was AMAZING, it was my first massage at Balnea. I highly recommend! My 30 minute massage felt like 1 hour's worth of treatment. I'll go back again!

After 4 flights in 4 days, Lisa helped relieved a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders in a short 20 minutes. Helped make the last flight home bearable as my neck was in so much pain before. Highly recommend visiting here if you have a little extra time before your flight.
Lisa was really good with my massage.
The chair massage was amazing. The young lady worked really hard to try and get the many knots out of my back, neck and shoulders and although not entirely successful in undoing 6 months of tension I definitely felt a bit lighter on leaving . The shellac spa nail treatment left my hands and nails looking infinitely better than when I arrived and the nail technician took great care . Definitely a moment of calm after a stressful few months and I’d stop by any time I was coming through Montréal if I could .
