Positive and friendly staff, the quality of food has improved, and the aesthetics are amazing! Leadership from the management team is recognizable and the care for the residents is the first priority!
(Updated review, lowering to 2 stars) Mid 2023 new ownership took over, mix in a big change in admin, and you have a sinking battleship. (currently painting interior to match) Lucky for the in resident Balmoral families, several of the previous "hands on" staffers are still on task. The better workers are seriously stretched thin, tasked with multiple job descriptions on a daily basis. Those few truly good people, who go above and beyond duty, we thank you.
