First rate, and highly recommended. I went to see Reuben Pacheco after ankle surgery in Sept 2025 for a ruptured tendon and the removal of a plate and 6 screws from a break 6 years ago. My goal was to be fit for a Canada ski trip in Jan 2026, and thanks to Reuben, it was a success! Professional; knowledgeable; friendly; reliable; tailoring a program for my specific situation. As an added bonus, they supplied a great app to record and instruct on exercises. Many thanks to Reuben and the Team at Allied Health Balmain!
This is a great practice and Ed and the team have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable in addressing my jaw issues.
Ed has been incredible with fixing my TMJ, I used to have weekly headaches and chow down the nurofen and now I don’t need it. Balmain physiotherapy has great, friendly and caring service too - highly recommend for fixing TMJ as well as general physio - practitioners are excellent
Would recommend Ed! helped with my TMJ and jaw tightness. communicated treatment plan and felt relief after my appointments. do not hesitate to go to ed he is very knowledgeable in fixing jaw tightness and how it is connected to muscle memory from poor posture/stress. only feedback is for Ed to have more locations as it is a commute for me!
Ed was incredible in helping me recover from severe TMD that developed after surgery to remove my two bottom wisdom teeth. When I first saw Ed, I was in absolute agony and struggling with constant pain. After just a few sessions, I started to feel like myself again. His calm, friendly approach combined with his clear expertise in treating TMD made all the difference. It’s now been a few months and I haven’t had any recurrence of TMD. I couldn’t recommend Ed more highly.
