I’m a senior gent who has weekly , one hour exercise session with their EP , Ms Ashleigh Penteado. To assist with monitoring my physical health , Ashleigh provides an annual progress report which can be sent to GP doctors and Specialists. A good balance of exercises keeps me fit and healthy. I highly recommend this Exercise Physiotherapy (EP) specialist.

I highly recommend this practice. I've only had 4 physio sessions with Edward so far for a very painful TMJ subluxation and am already feeling so much better. As a passionate singer not being able to open my mouth is pretty inconvenient and scary, but thanks to Edward's brilliant treatment, knowledge and expertise in this area my jaw is now working almost better than before. I had physio for an impinged hip which had been bothering me for over a year. I had physio for the problem elsewhere prior to going to Balmain Physiotherapy but it wasn’t until I had treatment by Reuben that I saw some real relief and benefit. After 4 sessions and a series of specific stretching exercises for me to do at home, my joint mobility increased enormously and my pain diminished. My morning walks are a pleasure again. Thanks 😀
