Beat It program is a great concept, and Karen and Ashleigh were amazing EPs. They provided so much help, were wonderful, nice and encouraging.
Excellent program well planned supervised and assisted by Ashleigh & Karen. Good variety. Very professionally run. Thoroughly recommended.
Rueben has been working with me on tendon inflammation in my forearm. He identified the issue quickly and was crystal clear in communicating what was required to remedy the problem. I will definitely be engaging him again when next I require physiotherapy.
Ed and the team create a really welcoming environment. Ed has been helping with my recovery after a broken jaw early last year (see photos). Our work has contributed a lot to a reduction in pain and increase range of motion that has improved my daily life.
