I came to see Simon after tripping and fracturing my wrist and then tripping at home and spraining both ankles. Simon described the treatment regime, and what was expected in terms of my recovery. Now after four months of treatment my arm is improving in terms of strength and flexibility, as are ankles. His personable approach and expertise have given me confidence in my recovery and how long it will take. In lockdown my appointments give me something to look forward to. I would, and have recommended his services to others.
Excellent practice with the right level of proactive clinical treatment, rebalancing both overworked and underworked muscles, tendons etc, as well as specific remedial exercises that can be done independently and without equipment, for any injury type or age. With a troublesome back injury from an auto accident dating back to 2005, and some good pain and joint relief through recent treatment and advice this year, I highly recommend Simon and his practice.

After two appointments with Simon of Zeal Exercise Physiology, my body is already beginning to feel stronger. For the last few years, every time I exercised, I ended up with a bad headache.
