What’s up with the girl at the reception with grey hair at the smaller clinic around the back ? Serious attitude issues Very concerned for her.
Horrendous doctors surgery, the surgery is held together by Briege the practice nuse and Danielle, other than that the staff are in need of retraining, reception staff need basic customer service training and empathy training. It used to be a great surgery but I wouldnt recommend it to anyone nowadays
Payed £65 few months ago for taxi medical form to be filled well in advance of my licence expiring at the end of September got it sent back the form was not completed brought 1 week ago to be told the doctor that filled it in is of sick ni I cannot work until it is filled in was told you just have to wait till she is back disgress of a surgery it is and reception staff adittude towards there patients is terrible

Reception staff are very rude and abrupt not a helpful practice at all, will be looking to change as the reception staff are incompetent and need to learn how to speak to sick members of the public and need to show more compassion. The doctors in the practice are good if you can get an appointment for one.
