I highly recommend Natasha Sprigg. I had an incredible massage, pleasurable but most importantly effective in releasing a lot of stress and tension. She also explained the process and gave great recommendations for simple exercises to follow up. She is very intuitive and skilled.
Terrible wrong address
I received a treatment at the Newrybar annex from Shaun. The man is a magican. Besides my back issues, he helped relieve pressure on my shoulders that haven't moved freely in a long time. Let's go surfing 🏄♂️ Definitely be back for another treatment
