I wanted to shop locally so I have recently spent $6000 on a Charnwood Arie 3 from Sheila (and the sales rep for Charnwood was onsite). Although friendly, knowledge of the product was limited to the place it was made. I brought the pod and the extra air intake (recommended by Shiela). After picking up the stove and extras, arrived home, looking at the Pod and Air intake I realised that they are not compatible and after calling her she said "just cut a hole in the steel it will not void warranty", ha ha!
