Here’s an update to this complaint. Dishwasher rep Jim never made any attempt to contact me so I called to speak with his manager Kim. She listened and asked me to give her up to 2hrs to look into the matter. Within 30 minutes she contacted me and had a delivery time scheduled for the same day!!! This company has been in business over 50yrs so apparently they know how to do the thing by their customers. I think Jim is just the exception and not the rule as far as their level of customer service and professionalism goes! Than... read more
