Randy Ballen served as the bookkeeper for my previous home remodeling and decorating company in Wellington, Florida for two years. The company closed in July of 2017 and I was sad to have to let her go. Randy brought more structure to company finances working with QuickBooks in a short period of time. She used her time wisely while in the office and was very productive. Her services were greatly appreciated! I would recommend her bookkeeping and office skills to any future employment opportunity.

Randy Ballen is a great listener and skilled at creating a system that works for you. My non-profit's receipts were in shoe boxes and she has done a brilliant job at organizing me. I needed some hand holding and she has been the perfect fit for me. I highly recommend her.

Randy has been instrumental in not only saving me hours of work, but thousands of dollars! When I started my own business, I didn't have the sufficient time or knowledge to properly handle my finances, invoices, etc. She has taken the time to walk me through the process so that I understand exactly what she does and how she does it. She also took the time to explain the reports she would be creating on a monthly basis and how to interpret them. Five stars are not enough for Randy. She is incredibly intelligent and knowledgeable but also patient. She takes the time to make sure her Clients get what they need and understand the process so they can participate. I highly recommend her!
