If I could rate them a 0 I would they garnish me and I never asked for their assistance at all. They are thieves. They are liars and very unhelpful
HORRIBLE people to work with - they score a solid "F" on customer service skills. No follow through with receipts, etc. They're strictly interested in harassing people who owe money.
This firm is part of a long line of incompetence with local government. Wrongly cited for a parking ticket on our own private property by a zealous parking enforcement agent. The city said they would remove the fee. Then we keep getting notices of debt owed. Then these clowns get involved and send a bill. But, the online system seems to never be updated with the File number and forget to get anyone on the phone. Really bad ethics with this place.
