Very poor service, Mari was rude and unhelpful. While we did not have a choice in title company, I would not voluntarily choose to do business with CW Title. I’ve had much better service and interaction with other title companies in the past.
It was overall smooth for a real estate selling transaction. Removing two stars for the two errors: they put buyer' name on the earnest money check; they forget to notify HOA management company and it caused us hassles.
