I had such a great customer experience with Francis - I ended up making my order on the phone with her. She gave clear instructions, was helpful and was just lovely to talk to.
The only location here in Illinois. I found out about this place because I absolutely love QVC and they’re affiliated with them. I was given awesome service from the time I walked in. Ms. Hayes was very knowledgeable and personable. They have some unique finds… and would give samples of materials if you need to check the look out at home. And from what I was told the store always have sells.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Stephanie was extremely kind and helped me secure a light fixture. Thank you so much for going out of your way when you didn't have to. Can't wait to hang it in my living room!!
