We bought a light fixture from Ballard designs and we were not provided with the specific dimensions for the shades. The website claims that you can request for replacement parts but none of the light fixture have replacement parts available. After several frustrating chats and calls with the customer care, we realized that it was a huge mistake investing in a piece from Ballard designs. There is nothing they can do as everything is sourced from a different vendor and there is nothing these people can do.
This review is concerning an online order I made from the Ballard Design website. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!! UPDATE 1/25/25 Received my replacement chair after waiting 6 more weeks and the fabric is still incorrect. So I still do not have a set of 6 matching dining chairs for which I have paid over $3000 for!!!! UPDATE 1/23/25 SINCE MY ORIGNAL REVIEW LEFT MONTHS AGO: IT HAS BEEN 10 MONTHS SINCE MY ORIGNAL ORDER. Beautiful store, beautiful items. But..... ordering furniture means I order it and it gets delivered and set up! For the prices it should not be a DIY project. Nor do they have professionals to recommend with setup I am on my own to become bob the builder so disappointed 😞
This review is concerning an online order I made from the Ballard Design website. I usually only post positive reviews but have to make an exception in this case. I ordered a set of 6 dining chairs from Ballard Design ONLINE in March. The delivery date kept getting pushed back and then in June, I received an email indicating that the chairs are not available.
