I was really disappointed with my experience at Ballard Designs. The staff was very helpful the day we purchased our new sectional and a 3-piece banquette set, and we were told to expect delivery by mid-September. The first (and only) piece of the banquette showed up on August 27th. I thought it was odd that they’d deliver just part of a set, but assumed the rest was on its way. We went in this store and the girls working (2 were bigger) were not friendly. Funny thing is, they were snobby a bit as if they don’t work retail. We were going to buy some pillows for our 4 couches, but since they chose to ignore us for over 5 minutes and continue chatting about nonsense, we decided to leave. The good news is, we found the 8 pillows elsewhere and only paid $1k for all! Do better….
I quickly rushed into Ballard while on a walk a few weeks ago. I had looked everywhere for the perfect baguette seating for our corner in the kitchen. There was no judgment from Jack, or any of the team members, even though I probably looked a wreck from my walk. Jack showed me the Breton Banquette and I knew it would be perfect.
