I quickly rushed into Ballard while on a walk a few weeks ago. I had looked everywhere for the perfect baguette seating for our corner in the kitchen. There was no judgment from Jack, or any of the team members, even though I probably looked a wreck from my walk. Jack showed me the Breton Banquette and I knew it would be perfect. Very professional
I was able to order a piece I have had my eye on for over a year, Ann was extremely helpful from the moment she answered. She didn’t seemed to be annoyed with my questions or any thing. She went above and beyond to help me with my item AND save me some money- it’s almost 2025 and an online order world mostly we live in. My daughter and I travelled 4 hours to come to this store and purchase a Coventry Banquet and to meet our salesperson, Jack. Jack was patient, kind, attentive, and well informed with not just our product but with every piece and set we inquired about. The store is also beautifully kept and we were greeted immediately when we stepped across their threshold. Our experience was well worth the travel to see our purchased item and to meet Jack. We can’t recommend Ballard Designs and Jack enough!
