Jasmine Benton was extremely helpful with my new furniture--especially since I brought in several different types of fabric and a lot of detail was required in ordering them. I had to make several phone calls to check on the amount of fabric required for each piece, etc. She was always helpful and patient. One ottoman came in with the fabric laid the wrong way but Ballard's manager immediately offered to reimburse me to replace the fabric and they ordered a new ottoman for me.
