I absolutely love their products; however, their shipping has a lot to be desired. My husband ordered me a cake dome on November 18, 2025, and it was not shipped until December 30, 2025. This delay prevented me from using it for Thanksgiving dinner, Christmas dinner, or at our New Year's Eve party, which was disappointing. I am unable to post a photo since it has not arrived yet. So sad.

After years of catalogue-only shopping, it is exciting to have an actual Ballard Designs store in Columbus! The staff is always so kind and helpful (a special thank you to Kathryn to all of her assistance), and the furniture, fabrics, decor items, and floor displays are all beautiful.
