We have worked with Grant snd Tash at Ballarat Window Furnishings several times over the years, and every experience has been excellent. They have consistently delivered high quality products and are always friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. They genuinely listen to our needs and always make sure the finished result is just right. We would definitely recommend them.
Grant and his staff were very professional with their service and recommendations on blinds and sheer curtains for our new home. I am not a curtain person - but the sheers are amazing , and very spoilt to have remote control blinds ! Highly recommend Ballarat window furnishings , thankyou again :-)
Frustrating process from start to finish. The company attended our property on 4 separate occasions to confirm measurements. Not sure what the problem was as it was a very straight forward job. Significant impact having to rearrange work commitments to be available to meet again at property 4 times. Then a delay on installation due to supplier moving factories, yet no communications to us at all. Only on follow up from us were we informed of a delay. Poor communications throughout. End result, not exactly what was asked for ... read more
Had our blinds installed today by Grant and Graham and they did an amazing job. They look fantastic and the guys were very friendly. Would HIGHLY recommend
