Do not go here. Went here for compressed nerves in my arms. There exercises were extremely rough and caused me a lot of pain afterwards. I later found out that they have now caused my nerves in both of my arms to be extremely sensitive and now causes me constant pain. I've now had to give up hobbies & other things I loved cause I can't deal with the flare up's from the pain afterwards. Came here years ago (before google review was a thing) to get carpal tunnel treated. I had it in both hands but it was worse in the right one. The therapist at the time said, “oh ok I’ll just treat your right hand then”. Her “treatment” was massaging my hand. Honestly I could have done this myself. She didn’t do anything that I wouldn’t have been able to do myself. Can’t remember how much it cost but basically, I paid her to rub moisturiser into one hand! Don’t know if that lady works there still or not. But, I’m also unsure... read more
