Staff are great, equipment is obsolete and works part time !
This is a review for the pediatric clinic which is part of Ballad Rehab. If you’re looking for somewhere to take your child for therapy I would find another clinic. They repeatedly canceled on us and told me insurance wouldn’t pay for the equipment that we needed for my child (her doctor ordered it and we now have it.. and insurance paid for all of it).
