The Norton Outpatient Physical Therapy clinic is awesome. The staff is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring. All of the therapist take time to understand and listen to the patients needs. The facility is clean, well-equipped, and always has a positive atmosphere. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone in need of physical therapy. They go above and beyond to ensure that their patients have the best possible outcome.

I am currently taking rehabilitation and everyone is so helpful and nice. They have a plan for me and it is helping me immensely. I would recommend them.

TERRIBLE WITH WORKER’S COMP CASES!!!!! Office staff at the physical therapy office in Norton, VA are very nice, patient and understanding. They are not the problem and have no control over what happens next. Please be patient with them. I was told on day one they handle COMP cases with US DOL. I made sure to specify US DOL so there was no confusion. Julie is their supervisor. She handles all things COMP. She is unresponsive. If she does respond(she did almost 2 weeks later into the process), be aware she’s not in the office ... read more
