The receptionist at the front desk for occupational medicine was very rude and argumentative. She was trying to start an argument with me and was very aggressive. The whole situation ruined my day and made me never want to come back here.

I had an appointment to get a drug screening that took me about 30 minutes total to get finished. The staff were very nice and the lady who took my blood was very patient with me even though I am very scared of needles.
Been here an hour waiting for a simple school physical, this place is a joke! When asked how much longer it would be I get told, oh just a few minutes. 30 minutes later. Still nothing.
Went there for a new hire drug screen for utility Trailer of Glade Springs. Took like 2 hours for a simple drug screen. Crazy.
