I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the treatment I received at Ballad Health Medical Associates Occupational Medicine. As a transgender woman and a U.S. Army Veteran, I was referred to your facility for X-rays regarding a disability claim. Upon arrival, I clearly communicated the distinction between my legal name (for billing and verification) and my preferred name (for social interaction). SO UNBELIEVABLE THAT MEDICAL OFFICES FUNCTION LIKE THIS!!! If negative stars were possible they'd get a ton!!! I should have read reviews, my bad.....but I showed up a 12:40 for a 1 pm appointment and stood there for (well now 20 minutes) still waiting on getting checked in. One registration person left as about 4 of us stood in line, and then there was no one. The other person that finally showed up, well let's just say we were an inconvenience.
