Friendly Employees Good Service
One star is too many. They put profits before people. Do not care or listen. People drive theirselves in and go out in body bags.
Johnson city medical center, Holston valley hospital and all the hospitals that have been taken over by Ballad health care system are the worst! This is really upsetting for people that need critical care! I wouldn't even rate them 1 star! Pathetic that $$ comes before quality of care!
Diabetic Advocatewill not set up appt to aid in transfer from pediatric to adult tenn care we were told by advocate at Dr ARTZ office they would set up an appt they lied to us and now don is at risk of losing insurance coverage for life essential medications and supplies We have contacted Dr ARTZ office to try to get help but staff will not help or advocate and this could result in the death of our child if he loses coverage the staff will not make Dr ARTZ aware of this urgent situation this negligent action by staff is a hu... read more
They let my grandma be dirty because she was "too big", the doctor made comments about her needing to lose weight while she was on her death bed, they essentially just let her die in misery. My friend almost died and was suffering with memory loss issues after the accident and the inconsistency in rules through out the hospital cause so much unnecessary emotional distress for him and they talked to him like a dog.
