Attempted to make appointment for a simple routine procedure doctor ordered, through website. Went through entire process the "confirm" button never lit up. Left a voice mail at the office involved. They never called back. Next day, go through through their automated phone system. No help. Have to find this number online. First person doesn't seem to grasp what I need. Transfers me. Again I explain what I need and get directed to an ER. Basically if you need something, better have a live human in front of you.
Horrible! I hope you don't receive assistance from Kaylee. Absolutely no customer service and argues with you when asking to speak with a supervisor. Waiting on supervisor to call back today....
These people have no clue what they are doing. If i could give zero stars i would but I needed to at least have some way of letting people know how royally horrible they have messed up mine and my daughters medical bill submissions to our insurance. You know it’s bad when even the insurance company offers to call them to understand what in the hell keeps happening when they continually submit our medical bills under the WRONG NAME.
Made payments, they changed it without informing me, sent to collections and refused to do anything about it. I have to go through the credit bureau to get this resolved, uneducated customer service, evil management, this is why I go out of state for my healthcare.
