Horrible! I hope you don't receive assistance from Kaylee. Absolutely no customer service and argues with you when asking to speak with a supervisor. Waiting on supervisor to call back today....
These people have no clue what they are doing. If i could give zero stars i would but I needed to at least have some way of letting people know how royally horrible they have messed up mine and my daughters medical bill submissions to our insurance. You know it’s bad when even the insurance company offers to call them to understand what in the hell keeps happening when they continually submit our medical bills under the WRONG NAME.
Made payments, they changed it without informing me, sent to collections and refused to do anything about it. I have to go through the credit bureau to get this resolved, uneducated customer service, evil management, this is why I go out of state for my healthcare.
They will double or triple charge you for the same service if they think they can get away with it.
