I recently moved to Paris, and was told I needed to contact the bus garage directly to set up bussing for my child. It was difficult to get through to anybody, I left voicemails that were not returned. I spoke with someone finally who said if they had any issues fitting my child into the bus schedule they would call me back. They never did. I did call back multiple times to get the information of which bus my child would be riding and at what times. I got cut off by bus number 7, I let the woman know she cut me off and she acted very rude, and blamed it on the kids being a distraction. That is unacceptable, she put the kids in danger and blames it on them. If you can't focus in the road and the kids at the same time you shouldn't be a bus driver. Not only that she was at least 65 years old. Very very rude woman. Ig she is related to the family that owns this palce.
