Salespeople are friendly and courteous, not pushy and very helpful. They are honest about their products and stand behind them, sorry to see them go. Iron Mountain is losing another store that stood with our community for years. Best of luck to all at Ball and Christy furnature!
Friendly staff, Lots to chose from. Bought a sofa & chair, Very happy with it!!
Went to look for furniture and my immune compromised wife asked the sales person who was not wearing his mask properly, to not come any closer. He made excuses for not wearing the mask properly. Then while walking away mumbled something to a manager who then became hostile towards us and demanded we leave. The sign on the door clearly states the requirment for wearing a mask. If you're going to wear a mask at least have the courtesy to wear it right.
Got a good deal on a recliner
Service was very good. We were approached by two different sales people and the second one took the time to explain their sale to us as it wasn't posted in a clear and concise manner. I can't speak to actual current purchase and after purchase treatment as sadly their limited selection had me searching elsewhere to meet my needs. However, I did purchase my favorite mattress set of all time from them quite a few years back and they were ready and willing to assist me with warranty related issues if need be.
