On 9-7-14, one of their drivers had a case of road rage. He was laying asphalt on I-83 in the Hunt valley area. Driver shot out of the construction area and ran me off the highway. He cut over into my lane and almost crashed into me. After I blew horn he drove recklessly and jammed on brakes. Classic case of road rage!!
