Condescending receptionist with self righteous and foul attitude is putting it nicely ..... Sure, Decline my case... My call was only an inquiry but do so with professionalism and are you sure you even have the authority to do so? ......... If I'm not mistaken the role of the receptionist is supposed to relay information not screen cases or make those decisions.... I've been a receptionist and never had the balls to make that kind of assessment.
