They lack customer service and do not take responsibility when they lack services, instead what they do is take down your information so they can BAN you later so you are no longer a issue to their business. This organization customer service is horrible. The General manager Marcel Pappalardo and manger Kate was not accommodating. The facility does not present spa etiquette. The spa customers were talking loud & walking around with alcohol beverages partying. The customers were behaving like they were on vacation/club, The illusion and advertisement presented spa wellness (quiet / relaxing). This is not true.
