Really underwhelming experience for the exorbitant prices and massage therapist was rude and did not listen to my problem areas.
I booked the outdoor hut for my partners birthday a few days before and she understood what my partner needed which was a massage on the hand and a head massage. On arrival it was another lady that was doing the service and she looked sick, I ask her if she was sick or just tired she said she was tired, I wish I had of left right then. She gave us the couple room instead of the outdoor hunt because she said it was cold, ok, we just went along with this as we never get free time to treat ourselves especially a massage. My sister and I went to Bali Spirit Spa today for her 40th bday, we did the Spa for 2 package.. It was the most amazing massage and spa treatment, the ladies were lovely.. the 2hr massage, facial, foot massage, scalp massage was incredible!. Once you walk in the building you feel like you are in Bali, it's soo unique!.. we will definitely go back and would also recommend to friends and family..
