My first time at Bali Spirit Spa. The massage felt effortless, like an orchestrated dance—fluid, intentional, and deeply relaxing. Can’t wait to go back
The massages from here have been lovely but the booking and voucher system are terrible. If you want to use a voucher you can’t book online as payment is required but trying to contact someone to make a booking can be difficult as quite often no one answers resulting in tedious phone tag situations. They advised to just book and pay and they would reimburse the voucher but when I went in they wouldn’t accept the voucher as it was a promotional day that I booked on. Disappointed this time around, as my last one was fantastic. My booking was for 10am. Unfortunately my therapist arrived late, another lady took me through and said your therapist will be with you soon. My 45 minute foot exfoliation started at 10.07am. It finished early and I was sat in my car by 10.38am. Very dissatisfied 😕
