Dewi was thorough from start to finish. Small in statue but a pocket dynamo with strong healing hands. I was sore and tight all over but felt so relaxed by the time the massage was completed. It was therapeutic and healing. Definitely returning. 11/06/2026. I also highly recommend Putu. Healing hands, good balance, and application of pressure. Very professional, thorough, therapeutic, and felt so relaxed after my massage treatment

My wife and I arrived at 11am (at opening) as that's when we were booked in. We were made to wait for 10 minutes. The massage only went for 45 min, even though we paid for an hour. But that's the part I'm actually grateful for as it was one of the worst massages I've ever had. It's called Bali Sisters, so it would be fair to assume you would be getting a female masseuse, or at least consulted about what you prefer at some point, but I was not. This was honestly one of the worst massage experiences I’ve ever had — and I’ve had many. From the moment I arrived, the welcome was cold and unprofessional. No smile, no warmth, nothing that makes you feel comfortable or valued as a client. It immediately set a bad tone. During the massage, there was zero communication. I was never asked about the pressure, my preferences, or even if I was feeling okay. I’m not expecting constant talking, but basic check-ins are the bare minimum in this industry.
