Ordered a water feature that got damaged on delivery. Staff and store did not want to know me. So rude and disrespctial. No accountabillity, no remorse. Argued the point i needed a new base, finally delivered only after it was chased up. Shitty service and no apology at all.
Product is fine but the service was terrible from start to finish, there was no communication from the staff member we dealt with. When I ordered the hut I was told that delivery could be arranged and would be around $1,000, I called after 3 months to see how long until I would receive it and was told that I could pick it up anytime as it had arrived, the staff member looked up my details and realised that she had quoted for delivery.
