I contacted Balfour and Manson because I needed a work severance agreement reviewed. Eve and Simon who I dealt with were both very professional and friendly and responded quickly to any questions I had. They made the whole process very painless. Highly recommended.
On a recommendation, I used Balfour and Manson to help us update our employment contracts. The lawyer who took the brief was commissioned and then promptly went on holiday without giving us notice, we were left with somebody more junior who needed briefed (again) and then supplied me with a template that I could've bought from the Internet for a fraction of the cost.
