Locally raised beef from a farm in Palestine, Tx. Excellent quality from top notch people. I ordered a half steer and the owner personally called me to talk through every cut of beef. Everything arrived well-packaged and exactly as we’d discussed. I’d put the quality of this beef up against the best I’ve ever had (zero exaggeration). P.s. No you don’t have to be bald to order, but it kinda helps.
