My appointment at the Hyrum location was scheduled directly prior to the doctor's lunch. He was rushed, did not adequately address my concerns, and left without me being able to ask the questions I needed to. Also had troubles billing with my insurance. Would not recommend.

I did not appreciate being told I would receive my prescription glasses within a certain time frame and here it is going on almost a month without my glasses. I had to move out of state and tried to call one last time the other week and still no avail. What do I do now!? Just eat it on the money?

Great office (along with the Logan staff) and will take good care of you, we were very impressed! They might close earlier than posted, but I just gave them a call and Bob waited & even stayed longer to help us. I love small-town businesses and will be getting our other kids’ glasses there also.

I went into their Hyrum office TWICE during the posted bussines hours but the door was locked and the sign said closed. Not going to waste my time or money on such unprofessionalism.
