Nivea Ohri was my attorney for charge of hit and run. She did an excellent job defending me. No points, no jail time and only $140 fine. She used the information I provided to put on a defense that caused the state prosecutor to offer a great plea deal as the witness in the case which she spoke to before trial in court stated he didn't remember what happened. She was willing to go to trial because she said the state could not prove their case but there were no guarantees. So I took the deal.
