If we could give a zero, we would, she messed up our taxes for years.. We finally got them fixed. Not only did he mess up our taxes he ghosted us. Our board showed up at his office multiple times only for him not to be there. He stopped responding through email and texting. IRS gave us a penalty of almost $30,000 because of his error.
They are not honest. Really bad customer service, very dismissive and get defensive right away. I do not recomend this place. They are just there for the money and don't care about the customers.
I am a very satisfied customer for three years now, I highly recommend using their services!
