Very, very slow, Dejan doesn’t return phone calls or respond to emails. Let the other parties lawyer talk him into being our fault and not fighting for us. Last I checked he worked for us NOT the other party STAY AWAY, very unprofessional firm
Definitely would not recommend. They can nkt work to a time frame, the incompetency and lack of professionalism is mind blowing. Despite being given all the correct information and specific spelling of names, they still managed to get it wrong woth the wrong surname on one party of the letter, lost my email address and got the birthday wrong on another party of the letter. Judy was absolutely amazing. First home purchase and a little complicated as was investment property. Guided the entire way and supported. Considering settlement on 3/1/25 a difficult time with banks and companies generally closed, everything went so smooth because of Judy. Thanks :)
Staff are very friendly, I'm overwhelmed with the service I got and are way more decent for prices than other firms that I got in contact with.
I cannot recommend Judy, the settlement agent here, highly enough. If you need a settlement agent, this is the place to go. Our settlement faced some unusual challenges, and I admit I wasn’t always the easiest to deal with, but Judy remained calm, collected, knowledgeable, and consistently 10 steps ahead. She is an incredible asset to this business, and I hope that is well recognised. P.S. Sorry for the tough moments and thank you for everything! And Again I Highly recommend Judy and Baldivis Law and Mediation!
