Clean and great service
Never been, won't go back. The lady inside the office was rude, laughed at us when we asked a question. It's almost like you're supposed to know what you're doing before you get there. No benches to sit in the line for regular walk ons. But plenty in the reserved area. When you get to the island, not much on signage. Museum was a joke, lighthouse was cool to go up in. That was the highlight actually. Went to the Cape fear lighthouse spot...nothing about its history. I could have just went to the beach and saved $300. I guess... read more
The ferry was super organized and easy to use! Great experience.
Extremely disorganized operation lost our entire family's luggage. We were the only people that they lost. Not sure why. I guess they weren't paying attention. We checked in super early. We have an infant, and they couldn't care less. So glad we need to sit around in the 95 degree weather waiting on another ferry to hopefully get our stuff.
Super smooth and friendly staff even though we had to use overflow parking. Very easy to follow instructions during this super busy holiday weekend.
