I would never recommend this business under any circumstances!! The only mechanic in this place, Jared, is super toxic - Doesn't care about himself, certainly doesn't care about you or your safety / well being - Almost got me killed and others driving on Montauk highway when my steering wheel came off in my hands, cause this nimrod didn't put my steering wheel on right or tight when I came in week prior when my steering wheel was making a squeak noise! Cost $6k to fix a problem Balcun's caused. Had some work done and they didn't properly reconnect the transmission fluid hose. Within 5 miles of leaving their garage the hose popped off and all of the transmission fluid blew out. They apologized, fixed the hose and refilled the fluid, but the transmission immediately burned out. Biggest scammers in Long Island, they are never clear and withhold important information from you, and they have the most absurd prices, don’t recommend this place for nothing !
