I have had my loan with Balboa for 4 years and since I lost my job, I’ve been struggling with my payment. But time and time again , Christian ,Victor and the rest of the team have been so kind and patient. Even when I duck n cover shying away from their attempts to reach me. The only negative thing about them is that they can’t refinance my loan to bring my payment down. But at least they’ll work with me to get my payments up to date so I don’t lose my black beauty!! Thank you Christian you are awesome!
This company is so difficult. I can’t believe their credit union. Beware don’t go with this company.
I had no issues at all with this company. Make your payments on time and you won’t have issues. I appreciate them giving me a chance while I had some low credit scores at the time. Now that my credit is all better and my loan is getting paid off I would definitely recommend this company.
