Record the calls!!!!! have 3 already, altought the main boss doesn’t care eigther, they act with the customers the way they let them act. It’s like they only hire rude collectors. The worst! they are rude, talk over you on the phone, like alot!! Every single one that I talked too, they just want to handle the payment and bye! There’s no, if you have questions or nothing! Difficult to work with, very inconvenient to make or set up monthly payments.

I honestly am at the end of my loan with about 4 payments left and I have never had an issue. I make automatic payments from my bank so payments are never late. I have had nothing but great customer service when I have had to call. Which thankfully was only once to change my mailing address. Over all, no issues with them in the last 5 years
