Best place to park when visiting Newport Beach. It's free and safe. The trolley runs every 15 times and the folks driving the trolley are really good and friendly. Trolley is free! There's always a person from the trolley side sitting at the parking lot. Not only are they helpful in getting you a free parking ticket, the very presence of them makes it comfortable to park there with out any worries. This place is a scam. From reviews, you may think the parking is free here, but it's not. We went there and realize we still need to pay, although its 2.8/hr, but it is quite far away from the pier.
