I used this company for 2 years to prepare my taxes. I was happy until this year. They have stated that they are not taking on any new clients. I am not a new client, I used them for 2 years. Their reason is they had to many preparers leave for undisclosed reasons. I tried to talk to them to see if they would provide me recommendations of who to go to, or if they had contact for the preparers that left so I could reach out and see if they would help do my taxes on their own.
