I sent my 15+ yr old Birkenstocks in for a complete rebuild of soles & foot bed but wanted to keep the suede straps. What came back was a brand new looking pair of Birks that look better than when the shoes were new, and the old suede had been cleaned as well!!! Amazing...

Excellent quality repairs to the case, heavy duty carry straps, and a full length heavy duty zipper replacement for my stand up acoustic bass.
I've sent two pair of shoes to these guys now and they haven't disappointed! Rock solid work on both and we'll worth it. They also have Shelburne drop off for us Chittenden Co. folks!
