I have had several massages from Balance Soul Wellness and hve been very satisfied and have recommended your establishment to my friends. This is the first time I left unsatisfied. I am not sure what was wrong, but I did not feel rejuvenated this time. It appears the massues was inexperience. I did not feel that my entire body was worked over. I will return but for my next visit I will pick my massues upfront.
Joanne was absolutely amazing right from the start! She greeted me with a bright smile and great energy. She is extremely knowledgeable and shared so much useful information with me. You can tell she absolutely loves what she does (and she’s fantastic at it!)
Joanne is incredibly kind and truly talented at what she does! This was my very first facial, and it was such an amazing experience. Not only relaxing but also educational. She took her time to explain what my skin needs and offered thoughtful recommendations. You can really tell she’s passionate about her work. Thank you so much, Joanne. I’ll definitely be back! Side note: the atmosphere is so peaceful and relaxing! Do yourself a favor and book an appointment at Balanced Soul Wellness… you won’t regret it!
