The place is a five star Spa. It is spotless . If you are depressed , stressed out or just need regular service this is the spa you should go to . A peaceful and tranquil oasis. From the jungle/earthly decor, to the friendly front desk staff, to Julissa who gave me an amazing massage from head to toe. Perfect for one hour of me-time.
Booked a couples massage and both Deandrea & Joan were very professional! We were comfortable at all times and our body felt better after it. The atmosphere is also so relaxing and I would recommend it.
Love going to Balanced Soul Wellness. The facials are the best and Kristen does a great job with the injectables. The atmosphere is amazing!! I just want to go there to there to hang out and relax in the massage chairs! I couldn’t recommend this place more.
Salah was fantastic, offered a warm and relaxing experience. My skin feels refreshed and glowing. Salah addressed any skin concerns and ensured my comfort. The entire facility was welcoming, tranquil and felt like a mini vacation. The staff is expertly trained in making all customers feel taken care of.
