I can’t say enough good things about Balanced Soul Wellness. I’ve been going since December, and every visit has been incredible. The front desk staff are the sweetest—they make you feel so welcomed the second you walk in, which I really appreciate. Joan, my massage therapist, has truly changed my life. I had two right shoulder surgeries almost two years ago and couldn’t fully raise my arm. After working with her for the past several months, I finally can again. I’ve been here twice for three different services, three different providers, and I’m 3 for 3 on good experiences! And I hosted my mom’s birthday here so a LOT of us had services and everyone was satisfied. The decor is cute. Nice and clean facility.
Went there for a facial. Anna really took good care of my skin. She was a definite professional and knew how to take care of my dry dull skin. Such a relaxing experience as well. I would highly recommend her.
