Miriam is magical
I recommend the guided yoga! It's fun to bring a friend and we both get to pick our favorite poses!
Miriam has been giving my husband focused therapeutic massages the past couple of months and his back is feeling much better. He's tried so many things to help his back and his doctor had run out of ideas other than to try the fascial massage. It is a game changer. I also have had a massage by Miriam and it was wonderful - relaxing and she worked out some knots that had been bothering me.
