The therapists and technicians are friendly, knowledgeable, and know just how hard you need to push yourself without worsening your condition. On days that are tougher than others, they know to ease back and help you manage your pain and loosen stiff and sore muscles through massage, pressure points, acupuncture, and hot/cold therapy.
I had been there about two or three years ago when I started having leg pain in family doctor sent me to Apex therapy who were terrible and they were a lot better and helping me try to manage my pain which turned out to be I needed a knee replacement. So I had in house therapy from another place after the knee replacement in July, and then I went balanced for the outpatient therapy.
